These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (the User, you), and Nomads Booking. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you have given us your consent to agreeing on all of our terms & conditions mentioned in this document.

This platform offers the Services of selling flight reservations, dummy hotel bookings, travel planner itineraries and alot more. By accessing the Site and/or using the Service, the User acknowledges that he/she have read, comprehended, and consent to abide by all the stated Terms and Conditions.

If the User does not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, the user is not allowed to use the Site and/or the Service, and he/she must cease using it immediately.
Additionally, the User agrees that any future changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon being posted, and their continued use of the Site and/or Service indicates their acceptance of such changes and the existing Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Language

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to use the Site solely in the English language. Nomads Booking is not responsible for any translation or any misunderstanding of the English language by the User.

1.2 Payment Methods

Nomads Booking accepts all kinds of Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Master & Visa Cards.

1.3 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website is the exclusive property of Nomads Booking. The term "Content" includes graphics, images, software, and underlying code. You recognize that this Content is safeguarded by copyright and trademark laws.

1.4 Prohibited Use

You may not use the website for any of the following purposes:


  • Actions causing damage to the website or disruption to other users.
  • Harmful, unlawful, illegal, or threatening behavior.
  • Unauthorized copying of copyrighted content.

1.5 Submission of Itinerary

You must ensure information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend inquiries for violations of these Terms. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by notifying us in writing at our email and we reserved the right to take final decision on it.

1.6 Refund Policy

Nomads Booking Will Only Refund When:

  • Failure to deliver within 24hrs (Normal) or 2hrs (Urgent).
  • Cancellations before the booking is processed.
  • Errors made by Nomads Booking on the itinerary.
  • We violate the policies outlined in this article.
  • Violations of stated FAQ policies.

No Refunds:

  • Early airline deactivation due to technical issues.
  • Post-delivery change of mind or dissatisfaction without error.
  • The customer behave rude or unprofessional.
  • Visa rejection or immigration denial.
  • Trips exceeding 10 months in duration.
  • Customer requests to change the booking after it has been delivered via electronic email.
  • In the event that a client unintentionally provides incorrect details or places an order incorrectly.
  • Itinerary has been delivered to the customer via electronic email, we do not offer refunds if the customer requests changes or modifications to the reservation.
  • If the customer initiate illegitimate chargeback from his/her bank directly for refund without contacting our support.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for any offloading resulting due to the non availablilty of transit visa for the 3rd country where our ticket has a connecting flight to.

Please note that when you place orders for any booking, these are only reservations and not actual tickets or paid bookings. The prices offered make it clear that these are not original bookings with airlines or hotels. If anyone assumes or misunderstands these reservations to be actual tickets or paid bookings and subsequently requests a refund, we cannot guarantee any refunds in such cases. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand that these are reservations and not full-fledged bookings at the stated prices.

1.7 Ticketing Procedures

Flight Validity: Generally 3-5 days, up to a maximum of one week. We recommend booking 24 hours before your visa appointment.

Hotel Validity: These are dummy hotels.

Working Hours: 10 AM – 5 PM (GST), Monday to Saturday. Requests after 5 PM are handled the next business day.

1.8 Service Restrictions

No domestic routes
No flight bookings less than 1 week in advance
No high-risk countries (Iran, Syria, etc.)
No sanctioned regions (Iran, Russia, etc.)
